The Mentor Program is our best-in-class mentorship and development program that focuses on supporting the growth and development of our recently graduated Associate Veterinarians as they start their career with Noah’s Ark. This program is managed by our company’s Chief Medical Officer and focuses on development in the following 3 key areas:

Professional Development – Each new graduate is partnered with an experienced Veterinarian for a structured mentorship relationship during their first year in practice. This is also complemented with monthly cohort meetings where all “First Year” Associates meet to discuss their professional development.

Personal Development – We understand that for our new Associates to reach their full potential in the practice, they need a plan for personal development and health outside of their career. We will work with you to facilitate a plan to help you achieve your specific personal goals, whether this means owning a horse, running a half marathon, or writing a novel.

Financial Health – Along with a competitive compensation and benefits plan, we ensure that you have a plan and support to begin reaching your personal financial goals. We provide you with a professional financial advisor to work with you to create and achieve your personalized financial plan for your first year and beyond.
